Our Story

My Path

  I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in trauma, anxiety, and stress-related disorders, and over a decade of experience working in community mental health, crisis settings, and outpatient care. I’ve worked with individuals navigating some of the most complex situations—everything from chronic stress and burnout to trauma, family dysfunction, and major life transitions. 

My Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, direct, and deeply rooted in helping you understand why you feel and function the way you do—not just how to cope with it. I don’t believe in surface-level work. I focus on getting to the core patterns, especially those shaped by family systems, long-term stress, and roles you may have been forced into over time. A big part of my work centers around individuals who feel like the “black sheep”—the ones who see things differently, question dynamics, and often carry the emotional weight in families or relationships. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, mislabeled, or like you’ve had to figure everything out on your own, you’re not alone—and there’s nothing “wrong” with you. There’s usually a system around you that hasn’t made space for who you actually are.
