Paul Kibby, APRN

 At Growth Mindset Counseling, we believe true healing happens through collaboration, consistency, and whole-person care. As part of that mission, Paul Kibby, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, has agreed to work exclusively with patients of Growth Mindset Counseling to provide specialized psychiatric medication management services in close collaboration with our therapy team. With more than 35 years of nursing experience across Psychiatry, Medical/Surgical, and Oncology settings, Paul brings a deep understanding of both mental and physical health, allowing for a more comprehensive and individualized approach to treatment. This collaborative model helps ensure clients receive coordinated care where therapy and medication management work together toward the same goal: helping individuals stabilize, heal, and ultimately get well again. By maintaining ongoing communication between providers, we are able to better support long-term recovery, improve treatment outcomes, and create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
